Production service
Litoral Trace is a production B2B software service for authorized business users preparing U.S. Lacey Act work products. It is operated for commercial use and is not presented as an experimental or evaluation-only environment.
Authorized documents only
You may upload only documents and data that your organization is authorized to provide and process. Do not upload unrelated personal, confidential, export-controlled, or regulated material unless its use is specifically authorized and appropriate for the service.
Human review required
Extraction, reconciliation, exception detection, and generated work products can contain errors or omissions. A qualified human must review material outputs before they are used operationally.
No direct government filing
Litoral Trace prepares structured work products for review and downstream use. Unless a separate filing capability is expressly identified in the product, exported or prepared data is not proof that a filing was submitted to or accepted by APHIS, CBP, ACE, LAWGS, or another government system.
Service changes
Litoral Trace may update features, workflows, integrations, and limits as the product evolves. Material contractual or billing changes will be communicated through the service or other appropriate business channels.
Account and billing
Access is subject to the selected subscription plan, payment status, operation limits, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, and the published Refund Policy.
